Return / Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for individual registrations if Total Soccer is notified up to two days prior to the start date for camps, clinics & leagues. After start date, a credit may be given. No refunds after 3rd class for Soccer Stars.
Team deposits are nonrefundable unless Total Soccer can not place in an age group.
Inclement Weather
If a day of camp or Stars is canceled due to weather, we will try to reschedule or offer another day at a future class/camp. A future credit can be given if we're unable to reschedule. No refunds. If a camp day or Stars class is canceled while in progress, credit will only be given if we can only complete less than half the day.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers. We will never sell, trade, rent, or otherwise provide customers names, mailing or e-mailing addresses to others. All information is considered private and confidential.
