Return / Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for individual registrations if Total Soccer is notified up to two days prior to the start date for camps, clinics, leagues and TS Stars. After start date, a credit may be given. No refunds after 3rd class for Soccer Stars.
Team deposits are nonrefundable unless Total Soccer can not place in an age group.
Inclement Weather
If a day of camp or a Soccer Stars class is canceled due to weather, we will contact you by email. We will make up Soccer Stars classes to following day. We will try to reschedule a camp day to a future week. A future credit can be given if we're unable to reschedule. No refunds. If a camp day or Soccer Stars class is canceled while in progress, a makeup/credit will only be given if we can only complete less than half the day/class.
