Return / Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for individual registrations if Total Soccer is notified up to two days prior to the start date for camps, clinics, leagues and TS Stars. After start date, a credit may be given. No refunds after 3rd class for Soccer Stars.
Team deposits are nonrefundable unless Total Soccer can not place in an age group.
Inclement Weather
If a day of camp or TS Stars class is canceled due to weather, we will contact you by email. We will try to reschedule to another day. A future credit can be given if we're unable to reschedule. No refunds. If a camp day or TS Stars class is canceled while in progress, credit will only be given if we can only complete less than half the day/class.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers. We will never sell, trade, rent, or otherwise provide customers names, mailing or e-mailing addresses to others. All information is considered private and confidential.
