1st Session 2017 Individual House Team Registration

If you are without a team, Total Soccer will attempt to create a "house team" (a team comprised of individual registrants) for most age groups from U6 - O40. If there are enough individual registrants that have signed up for an age group, Total Soccer will create a new house team for 1st session. We will get a coach(youth only), provide a free t-shirt and schedule 8 games(no practices). The first game time and info will be emailed about a week before the first scheduled game.  If we are unable to place an individual on a house team due to low registration numbers, a full refund will be given.

All registrants that are playing 1st session are guaranteed a spot for 2nd session if we receive full payment by the deadline date.  All new players, who did not play 1st session, are placed on a second team.  If there are enough new individual registrants to form a second team, we will create another house team.  We can also add new players to existing house teams from 1st session, if 1st session registrants choose not to play 2nd session.  A full refund will be given if we are unable to place you on a team.

Click here to find out what age group to register for.  Registrations are first-registered, first placed basis.  Players are not registered until full payment is received.  Parents who would like to coach(child plays for free) a youth house team, please contact Total Soccer.  

Refund policy.

1st Session 2017 Full Team Registration

A $200 deposit and credit card info on file are required to register a team. Balance is due at 1st game. We will charge the card on file if the team is not paid in full by 3rd game. All teams will be allowed to have each team member pay individually.  Please note dates and fees, game days and age group classification.

Teams playing 1st session are guaranteed a spot for 2nd session if we receive a deposit by November 26th.  All new teams (not playing 1st session) are placed on a waiting list for 2nd session.  We take teams from the waiting list according to need and when we received the deposit. Deposit is refunded if we are unable to fit your team in.  You can register online at our registration page.  

Team Registration Procedures:

  • A $200 deposit & credit card on file are required to register a team. By the 1st game of the session, your team is required to submit the following
    • Full Payment of team balance 
      CASH
      Check(s) made payable to Total Soccer 
      VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER
    • Roster of no more than 18 players for youth & 25 for adults. An email will be sent, to the person who registered online, with a link to enter their own roster and and will also allow them to assign each person they register a payment against his/her invoice. If not assigning payment, please send amount as $0 and send to individual to check off release of liability.  If registering in person or phone, Total Soccer will send roster link.  Roster will not be accepted without name, birth date, phone number and email address.  It is coaches' responsibility to have roster on file by 1st game.  Changes can be made up until start of 3rd game.
